4 Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

4.3 Third-Party Transactions

The 99cv VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Members can advance to higher tiers based on regular participation and activity. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier.

• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.2 Technical Issues

If a bet is voided due to a technical error, disconnection, or server problem during a game, 99cv will attempt to refund the relevant amount. However, game logs and server records will be treated as the final evidence in all cases.

6.3 Cheating and Fraud Prohibited

Using any software, bot, script, or technique to manipulate, abuse, or cheat the platform is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited.
